We were pleased to collaborate with Svoboda & Williams once again this time on Na Karmeli, a new residential development located in the historic center of Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. The project consists of 56 premium apartments arranged around a private, green courtyard. Our goal was to visualize everyday life in the project and communicate it as a safe, harmonious setting for family living.
We prepared a complete set of architectural visualizations with a bright, positive mood, emphasizing everyday life, community and the calm character of the residential development.

The visualizations became a central element of the marketing campaign across newsletters, social media, digital advertising and the project website. They helped communicate the atmosphere of the project, build trust with potential buyers and support sales.
